Once you’ve successfully managed to print out a CD cover you should get something like what’s on the left. The outline around the cover (and a bit of the page) indicates where you cut.The excess white paper/card on the left hand side is used to keep the front cover firmly in place. If you find that you do not have any excess then use an offcut. |

Once you’ve cut it out. Separate the front cover from the back cover by cutting on the line between the edge title bar and the front cover. After you’ve cut the front cover from the back - take the front cover and fold where the design meets the white area on the left hand side. Fold the excess around the back of colored side. |
| Now insert the cover so the excess and the cover slide underneath the tabs. (the excess should just about reach past the first tab). Refer to diagram>>Then remove the inner plastic cd holder from the outer case. Fold the two edge title bars back on the back cover. Then place the cover face down (check you have it the right way up!!) and place the plastic cd holder back in - be careful with the edges as they tend to fold |
